1. Service Agreement & Scope
Before commencing any work, clients receive a detailed scope of services along with pricing, timelines, and deliverables. By agreeing to the proposal and making a payment, the client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of our terms and policies. Since our services involve a significant investment of time, planning, and effort, we encourage clients to communicate openly and promptly with us to avoid misunderstandings.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs can change, and clients may need to pause or cancel services. The following terms apply:
- Before Project Initiation:
Clients can cancel any service before the official start of the project. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days, minus any administrative or consultation charges already incurred. - After Project Initiation:
If a cancellation is requested after the work has begun or deliverables have been shared, the client will be billed for the portion of work already completed. A partial refund may be issued for the remaining work that has not yet started. - Retainer or Subscription Services:
Monthly retainer-based or ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or digital campaigns can be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. If the cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has begun, no refund will be issued for that month.

Due to the custom nature of our work and the time-intensive processes involved in digital marketing, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we aim to be fair and will evaluate each refund request based on the following:

Paid ad campaigns where spend has already occurred (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days from the approval date.
4. Dispute Resolution
Before escalating any issue, we strongly encourage clients to contact our support team. Most concerns can be resolved through communication and mutual understanding. We are committed to providing high-quality service and will work diligently to address valid concerns in a fair and timely manner.
5. Modification of Policy
